A single-instrument general-purpose machinery monitor that provides continuous protection for individual machines where a rack-based system is not warranted.
The 1900/65A is a compact, panel-mounted general-purpose equipment monitor that continuously measures up to four channels of vibration, position or process variables and drives alarm and danger relays. It is intended for machines that require dependable protection but do not justify the cost or space of a full 3500 or Orbit 60 rack.
The monitor supports a broad range of Bently Nevada and third-party transducers, with per-channel filtering, integration and setpoint configuration. Front-panel indication and buffered transducer outputs make it easy for technicians to verify readings and collect route-based data.
Relay outputs can be wired directly to machine trip circuits or to the plant control system, and an optional communications module provides Modbus data for remote monitoring and trending.
