Orbit DCM
A data collection module that adds high-resolution online condition monitoring to new or existing Bently Nevada protection installations.
Orbit DCM (Data Collection Module) provides continuous acquisition of dynamic waveform and static data from machinery transducers, feeding rich diagnostic information to System 1 while protection functions remain with the dedicated protection system.
The module captures synchronous and asynchronous waveforms, spectra, orbits and trend data on every channel, enabling detailed analysis of transient events such as start-ups and coast-downs. It can be deployed alongside 3500 racks or as part of an Orbit 60 system.
Flexible triggering, buffering and storage ensure that the data needed to diagnose an event is always available, even for infrequent or unexpected machine behavior.
