Ranger Pro delivers automated, walk-around-free condition monitoring for machinery that is difficult, unsafe or uneconomical to wire. Battery-powered sensors measure triaxial vibration and temperature and transmit data over a secure, self-healing wireless mesh network based on the WirelessHART standard.
Each sensor performs on-board processing to deliver overall values, spectra and waveforms while maximizing battery life, which can reach several years depending on measurement interval. The mesh network extends coverage across large plants without additional infrastructure.
Data is delivered to System 1 for alarming, trending and diagnostics, letting reliability teams monitor previously unmonitored assets and reduce manual route collection.
