The SCOUT family of portable instruments gives reliability and maintenance teams a powerful tool for collecting route data, diagnosing machinery problems and verifying repairs. Single- and dual-channel models cover everything from basic overall readings to simultaneous cross-channel phase measurements.
SCOUT instruments record time waveforms and spectra with high dynamic range, support ICP accelerometers, proximity probes and a tachometer input, and provide on-board analysis including spectrum, waveform, orbit and phase displays for immediate field diagnosis.
Collected data synchronizes with System 1 software, unifying portable route data with online monitoring so analysts see the complete health picture of every asset in one place. The sealed, drop-tested enclosure is rated for use in harsh industrial and hazardous-area environments.
