System 1 is the software backbone of a Bently Nevada monitoring program. It collects dynamic and static data from 3500 and Orbit 60 protection systems, Trendmaster Pro, Ranger Pro wireless, SCOUT portable instruments and third-party sources, and stores it in a single historian for analysis and reporting.
The Evolution release adds a modern client, improved data-connectivity framework and an extensible platform for advanced analytics. Analysts have full access to spectrum, waveform, orbit, shaft centerline, Bode, polar, trend and cascade plots, with flexible event capture and alarm management.
Rules and decision-support modules automate first-level diagnosis across large machinery fleets, directing specialist attention to the assets that need it. Role-based security, web dashboards and reporting tools make asset health visible from the shop floor to management.
