Trendmaster Pro
A scalable online condition monitoring system that scans large populations of balance-of-plant machinery over a simple two-wire network.
Trendmaster Pro is designed to bring hundreds or thousands of measurement points online without the cost of dedicated wiring to each sensor. Smart transducers connect to a daisy-chained communication bus, and Dynamic Scanning Modules poll each point in turn to collect vibration, temperature and process data.
The architecture makes it economical to monitor pumps, fans, motors, cooling towers and other essential equipment that has historically been covered only by walk-around routes. Data flows continuously into System 1 for automated alarming, trending and diagnostics.
Because the field devices are addressable and self-identifying, expansion is straightforward: new points are added to the bus and configured in software without rewiring or hardware changes to the acquisition system.
